Non-Refundable Fee
The fee for all courses is non-refundable.

Advance Payment Required
All course fees must be paid in advance. Installment payments are not available.

Certificate of Completion
The name provided on the enrollment form will be used on the certificate of course completion.

Discounts and Offers
We reserve the right to offer and withdraw discounts or special offers at our discretion and under special circumstances.

Enrollment Compliance
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the enrollment of any student who fails to comply with our policies.

False Documents
We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals who submit false or dubious documents during the enrollment process.

Zero-Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of assault or harassment. Any individual found creating a hostile environment or engaging in inappropriate behavior may be suspended from the course entirely.

Extra or Compensation Classes
Extra or compensation classes will be provided only if the instructor cancels a class due to personal or unavoidable reasons.

Mass Absence
In the event of a mass absence or complete non-attendance by students, the class will be considered as a completed session, and no compensation classes will be provided.
