The need to create stems from recognising what people truly require. This is rightly what Sudipta Kesar, the founder of Sudipta's English Academy , observed around her. She saw that while professionals possess immense skill and passion, their chances of building strong careers often remain limited. The core challenge — professional communication skills in English and a lack of confidence.

Holding a Master’s in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the London College of Teachers and Trainers, Sudipta brings deep expertise in the English language and a strong understanding of the communication challenges faced by Indian professionals. SEA was created in good faith to offer an experience of purity in learning which is evidently uncommon in this fast-paced world of competition and chaos.

With a strong foundation in Business Administration, she brings a strategic, practical approach to interview preparation for corporate professionals and helps them strengthen essential communication skills.
Her fluency in communication and impactful presentation skills is backed by a professional program from the esteemed Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), India. Having delivered hundreds of presentations and honed her public speaking abilities, Swarnika excels at building her learners’ interview confidence and enhancing their professional presence .
