Welcome to our Academy. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully.
1. Enrolment & Eligibility
Learners must provide accurate personal and contact details during registration.
Enrolment is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of completed enrolment form.
The Academy reserves the right to accept or decline any enrolment request.
2. Program Access & Usage
Program materials, including handouts, recordings, and resources, are intended solely for enrolled learners.
Learners may not copy, share, or distribute program content without prior written permission.
3. Code of Conduct
Learners are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour during live sessions, group discussions, and online interactions.
The use of offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive language is strictly prohibited.
Breach of conduct may result in restricted access or termination of enrolment without refund.
4. Payment & Investment
All program investments must be paid in full prior to the start of the program to ensure seamless learning experience and immediate access to resources.
Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for learner withdrawal, absenteeism, or incomplete attendance.
Requests for deferment to a later batch may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Attendance & Participation
Regular attendance is encouraged for maximum benefit from the program.
Learners must be punctual for all the online sessions.
Active participation in exercises, mock interviews, and discussions is a core requirement of the program.
7. Technology & Access
Learners are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, functioning audio/video devices, and access to required platforms.
The Academy is not liable for disruptions caused by personal technical issues.
In the event of platform outages or system errors on our side, alternative arrangements will be made.
8. Intellectual Property
All program content (presentations, exercises, and templates) is the intellectual property of the Academy.
Unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
Learners' personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative and communication purposes.
Session recordings may be used for quality improvement and internal training but will not be shared publicly without consent.
10. Communication
Official communication from the Academy will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or learning platforms.
Learners are responsible for checking official communication channels regularly.
11. Trial Sessions
Any trial session is for demonstration purposes only and does not constitute the full scope of the program.
12. Queries & Clarifications
Learners are welcome to raise personal queries; however, responses may be scheduled in line with the availability of trainers.
13. Practice & Assessments
Weekly practice activities, assignments, or exercises are integral to the learning process.
Mock interviews and assessments are mandatory components of certain programs.
14. Learner Responsibilities
Learners are expected to complete assigned tasks within the given timeframe.
Professional etiquette, such as keeping cameras on (when required) and muting microphones appropriately, must be followed.
15. Program Updates & Modifications
The Academy reserves the right to update program content, schedules, or trainers if necessary.
Any major changes will be communicated to learners in advance.
16. Limitation of Liability
The Academy offers full support and guidance to its learners to boost their chances of career success and professional growth; however, the Academy does not guarantee job placement or promotions; outcomes depend on individual effort and performance.
While guidance is provided, learners are responsible for applying concepts in real-world situations.
17. Rescheduling & Missed Classes
Learners who miss live sessions may access recordings (if available).
Rescheduling of sessions is at the sole discretion of the Academy.
In the event of a mass absence or complete non-attendance by learners, the session will be considered completed, and no compensation classes shall be provided.
18. Zero-Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of assault or harassment. Any individual found creating a hostile environment or engaging in inappropriate behaviour may be suspended from the program entirely.
